Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags & packaging.
Customized or personalized T-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return or Exchange?
1️⃣ Email us at support@harioe.com with your order number, issue details, and product photos.
2️⃣ Our team will review the request and respond within 24-48 hours.
3️⃣ If approved, we will arrange a return pickup (where available) or ask you to ship the product back.
4️⃣ After quality checks, we will process the exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Worn, washed, or damaged products due to misuse.
Customized T-shirts.
Items returned without approval or beyond 7 days.

Refund Method:
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallet) within 7-10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer (after verification).
Refund Timeline:
Order Canceled Before Shipping: Full refund within 2-3 business days.
Return Approved: Refund after quality check (within 7-10 business days).

Cancellation Policy ❌
Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return after delivery.
Customized T-shirts cannot be canceled once processed.
