We’re unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
To update your address, please cancel the existing order and place a new one.
If you’d like to cancel, simply:
Access our chatbot for instant help, or
Email us on shop@harioe.com from your registered email ID, including your Order ID and any relevant details.
Our team will process your request promptly.
I wasn't available at the time of delivery, but I want my order. What do I do?

Don’t worry, if you missed your delivery at the first attempt. There will be two more attempts by our delivery executive to deliver your order.
How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

Once your order is placed you will be directed to the order confirmation page
